If you cannot lead yourself, you cannot lead others either.

Every employee needs a guiding star in the form of a good manager.

As a role model. For guidance. To lean on.

However, only those who are capable of self-discipline should take on this role.

Hands up if you agree with this:

✋If you’re regularly late for meetings, you can’t expect the team to be on time.

✋Anyone who is unable to express gratitude will not receive support or solidarity either.

✋Anyone who starts at 7 am and is still available at 8 pm will significantly increase the workload on the team.

✋Anyone who refuses to admit their own mistakes gives the impression that making mistakes is not a human trait.

✋If you cannot control yourself, you will find it difficult to earn the respect and trust of others.

    What do you think?

Do you have anything else to add about ✋?

    Basic (Early Bird)

If you don’t value yourself and treat yourself with kindness, you won’t be able to do the same for others either.

If you don’t look after yourself properly, you can’t look after others either.

Thank you very much for your excellent contribution, dear Karl.
